DAILY/OFF SEASON RESERVATIONS

-Credit card authorization or 1st day deposit required on all daily reservations.
-Final payment due on arrival

SUMMER AND WEEKLY RESERVATIONS

-50% deposit is required on all weekly and monthly reservations.
-Final payment due on arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservations require a thirty (30) day advanced cancellation on all nights reserved. Half of the deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled thirty (30) days prior to occupancy. If the deposit has not been recieved by the hotel it will be charged on credit card on file for the reservation. Reservations can not be altered or shortened without the written approval of the Sea Horse Resort or Villa Del Mar. Some reservations based on time off booking or special events may have stricter cancellation policies. Reservations agent booking your room over the phone would advise you of restrictions and issue you a confirmation for that reservation.

SMOKING POLICY

Sea Horse Resort and Villa Del Mar are NON-SMOKING hotels. Failure to abide to this smoke free policy will result in a charge to the authorized credit card holder/occupant for the amounts of $300-500 dollars.

DAMAGES OR MISSING ITEMS

Any items damaged or missing from your room will be charged to the authorized credit card holder/occupant.
