2 Bedroom Ocean Front Suites - (Penthouse & Executive)
Our accomodations compliment the beauty of the area. Each room offers prime ocean views . The deluxe suites are equipped with panoramic windows in the living room and the master bedrooms have private baths and balconies. With 1350 sq. ft. we have the largest rooms in town.
Our Deluxe Suites are well furnish, with a full kitchen and appliances so you can cook your own meals or reheat left overs from any of San Clemente's fine dining restaunts. The living room has 3 sofas (one of which faces the pier and is ideal for watching sunsets), TV and VCR . Two bedrooms and two bathrooms will accomodate up to 6 people, and come with queen sized beds. The dual private balconies offer unbeatable viewing of the pier area. Relax and gaze at the Pacific view or read a book on your private balcony enjoying the fresh ocean breezes, and warm sunshine on your skin.

The second & third floor suites are ideal for couples and small familes. Complete with a queen sized bed room, living room with panoramic windows, 2 sofas, easy chair, TV and VCR, a fully equipped kitchen with cooking and eating utensils, and multiple appliances, and Dining room. The private balcony overlooks the pierand is ideal for dolphin watching, suntanning, reading, and taking in the fresh ocean air. Be sure to be on the balcony at sunset the and view the rainbow of colors coliding on the Pacific.

Ocean Front Studios -walk out patio (Catalina & Sunset)
Beautiful ocean front rooms with street side patios. Only steps from the beach. These single rooms come nicely equipped with a queen bed, sofa and coffee table, 25" tv, refidgerator, microwave oven, and data ports.

Both suites include full kitchen, living room, 25" tv with cable & HBO, and a queen sized bed room. The Palm Terrace has a partial ocean view with a private balcony. The White Water room has a full ocean/pier view.
