Our suites and studios offer Panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean , California Coast, and the San Clemente Pier.
Studios with a walk out patio come niceley equipped with a queen bed, sofa, coffee table, 25" Television, small refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. We also have studios with walk out balconies.



Our one bedroom suites are ideal for couples and small families. Complete with a queen size bed room and a day bed in the living rooom.The suite offers a large living room and dinning room with panoramic windows, two sofas, 25" tv, a fully equipped kitchen with cooking and eating utensils. Be sure to be on your private balcony to enjoy the views and the amazing sunsets.



We also have two one bedroom suites with blue water view located in the back of the building. Both suites include a full kitchen, living room, 25" inch tv, queen size bed in the bedroom, and two sofas in the living room. One of the suites has a private balcony with blue water view, while the other has no balcony but amazing full ocean and pier view.



Our two bedroom two bathroom suites provide you with two private balconies, one of the master bedroom and one of the living room. These two bedroom suites will easily accommodate up to six people. The living room and kitchen set up is the same as our one bedroom suites.




The Villa del Mar offers one bedroom one bath and two bedroom one bath suites.



The one bedroom suites offer either two queen beds in the bedroom or a king and a queen combination. The suite offers a large living room and dinning room with panoramic windows, two sofas, 25" tv, a fully equipped kitchen with cooking and eating utensils. You will exit your suite through a sliding glass door to walk out to your private large patio with your own round table with umbrella for four, and a lounge chair to take the warm sun.



The two bedroom one bath suites are located in the top floors of the property. The suite offers a large living room and dinning room with panoramic windows, two sofas, 25" tv, a fully equipped kitchen with cooking and eating utensils. You will exit your suite through a sliding glass door to walk out to your private large patio with your own round table with umbrella for four, and a lounge chair to take the warm sun.
